This is the stunning ceramic work of my friend Ian Childers. He received his Masters Degree in Ceramics at the University of Massachusetts and currently teaches sculpture and ceramics at Shorter College in Georgia. He uses a unique method of applying crystalline glazes for his pottery, but I am most fascinated by his painted skulls.
