A good restaurant combines two very important things for me: decor (i.e. atmosphere)+dining (i.e. delicious food and drink).
The Smoking Goat of San Diego was recently decorated by design team Bells & Whistles. They did a beautiful job creating a space that compliments the reasonably priced French fare. I love the color combination, simplicity, and the lighting. Plus, the frame/picture wall is always a unique way to decorate on a dime.
