A few of my dear friends --Brandon, Ethan, and Teddy-- are in the process of opening up a gourmet sandwich spot in Brooklyn: The Hungry Wolf. This is their PB&J made with extra crunchy peanut butter, ripe figs, and homemade fig marmalade on toasted brioche. I was blessed with the opportunity to be involved in their tasting...just perfect.
